These terms explain how Lumkaro works and what you can expect from us. Lumkaro is operated by Bunny Directories LLC, 2355 Westwood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
We design, build and launch mobile apps based on the idea you describe. Work happens in three stages: a prototype, a full build, and a launch to the app stores. Each stage is a separate purchase, and you decide at each step whether to continue.
The prototype is a clickable demo of your app using sample data. It does not include real accounts, payments or security, and it is not the finished app. We aim to deliver it within 24 to 48 hours of payment. It includes 2 rounds of changes.
The prototype fee pays for real work and is non-refundable once we start building. If you continue to a full build, the full fee is credited against your build price.
After you approve the prototype, we send a fixed-price quote with a timeline. The approved prototype is the agreed scope. Anything new you ask for later receives its own small quote before we do it. Quotes are valid for 14 days. We take a 50% deposit to start and the balance at hand-over.
We publish your app under your own Apple and Google developer accounts. Apple and Google decide whether to approve an app and how long review takes, so we cannot guarantee approval or timing. We prepare your app to their rules and handle review feedback until it is approved or it becomes clear it cannot be. Developer account fees, hosting and the stores' share of sales are paid by you.
We use apps you like as inspiration only. Your app gets its own name, design, wording and features. We will not copy another app or use material you do not have the right to use, and you confirm that anything you send us (such as a logo) is yours to use.
We do not build games, apps that handle health records or money transfers, or apps that are illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringe on others’ rights. We may decline or stop any order for these reasons and refund unused payments for stages we have not started.
Once you have paid in full for a stage, you own the app's code, design and content created for you in that stage, except for third-party tools and libraries, which stay under their own licences. We may show general, non-confidential descriptions of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
You are responsible for the content and purpose of your app, for following the laws that apply to your business, and for keeping your accounts and passwords secure.
We deliver a working, tested app. We do not promise downloads, users or revenue.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the stage the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
