This policy explains what information Lumkaro (operated by Bunny Directories LLC) collects, why, and your choices.
Your email address; the app idea you type or say; your choices on the intake (name, audience, style, improvements); any link you share to an app that inspires you; messages and change requests you send us; and the status of your order and payments.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
To build and deliver your app, to contact you about your order, to send receipts and quotes, and to keep our records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
We use a small number of providers to run the service: Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting, Anthropic (Claude) to suggest names and features from your idea during the intake, and an email provider to send messages. They process data only to provide their service to us.
If you use the microphone on the intake, speech is turned into text by your own browser. We receive only the text.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep order records for as long as needed to deliver your app and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Email support@lumkaro.com.
